Good Inexpensive Sight September 9, 2010

I bought this to add a little more accuracy to my Mossberg 500 Tactical (the bead sight was just not accurate enough). The other day I put about 50 rounds through my Mossberg (mix of target load, buckshot and slugs). And I must say this thing was quite solid, did not loosen or budge at all.
Yes the sight did drift slightly towards the end, but not too bad (I was able to put 5 of 5 solid center of mass shooting rifled slugs from my smoothbore shotgun at 25 yards). My simple fix for the drift, I got a 12 gauge laser boresight and after every day at the range I quickly realign the sights and it is ready for my home defense purposes.
Not the best sight on the market, but clearly the best for the price (I refuse put a $500 EOTECH on a shotgun). Since purchase my accuracy has improved greatly, as has my confidence in my weapons capability.
If you have the money, go for a high end sight. But if you are on a budget, this will meet your needs. I just recommend getting a good laser boresight to augment it.

I did a lot of looking all over the internet before purchasing this Red Dot site. It seems that the run in two categories, ... under $50 and over $200. At only $32 I was very skeptical.
When it showed up , I was very pleasantly surprised about it all metal construction, quality packagaing and found that the scope is backed up with a life time warranty....
I mounted this site on a Browning 22 pistol and have now put at least 2500 rounds through it. So far I have had no problems at all and It greatly increased my accuracy.

Bought this sight for my Stag M4 flat top. Put a medium riser on and this reflex sight on top of that. It zeroed in 6 rounds and held it for 90rnds of cheap Russian 55gr ammo. It works great for the price. I probably will not use it operationally but for fun at the range it worked fine. I would recommend to anyone who doesn't want to spend a ton of money but want a reflex sight for their rifle. However like I said, I wouldn't carry it on my weapon at work; it just doesn't seem to be sturdy enough to take daily carry use.

Nice sight with a nice large optic. I have this mounted on my AR-15 and it hits dead on at 25 and 50 yards. At 100 yards it produces a nice tight spread but not quite as accurate at 50 yards. I was impressed with the quality of the product for the price.
Other optics might be better, but then again they cost a lot more.
